The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
We are looking for a Team Lead to partner with the Global Leader of the Go-to-Market function, running the Chief of Staff office for Google’s Chief Business Officer and their executive leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping to set and guide the goals of Global Business Operations broadly, manage the cadence and agenda for executive meetings, prep executive briefings, and lead mission critical strategic projects.
As the Chief of Staff Lead to the Go-to-Market team, you will be responsible for managing the operational cadence for GBO leadership, solve mission critical problems, and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of key decisions to ensure the success of GBO. You will also partner closely with other Chief of Staff leads across GBO and Google and cross-functionally with a varied set of stakeholders including Finance, People Operations, Communications and others.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google’s complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
