Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Revenue Strategy and Operations (RSO) teams lead the strategy, design, planning and operations of a cross-functional landscape, to deliver unified/scalable programs that generate incremental Ads business growth for Google. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with strong daily operations, and help evolve early-stage ideas into future-growth areas.The RSO Business Management team drives the business operations and sets the strategic priorities for the team, working with the VP of RSO. Our goal is to drive stronger productivity and organizational effectiveness, all while improving the experience of working in RSO.
As the Chief of Staff, your overarching objective will be to drive effective business management for the VP of Revenue Strategy and Operations. You will be responsible for crafting and setting RSO’s priorities, shaping the VP’s leadership, team engagement, and communications strategy, and helping shape the culture of RSO to be a place where we can attract, develop, and grow strategy operations talent at Google. You will gain visibility and experience into what it takes to lead a complex organization and help run business operations. This role is highly collaborative, working with a broad range of colleagues across functions and locations to help keep the RSO engine running.
