The Google Cloud Community (googlecloudcommunity.com) is an online hub for Google Cloud’s customers to connect with one another and tap into the collective knowledge of its global members. Consisting of two distinct communities for Google Cloud and for Workspace, the community is a place to help and support our global customer base of administrators, developers, and architects.
As part of the Customer Experience organization, the community team manages the community platform infrastructure, member engagement, and members acquisition strategies and works with internal stakeholders to help accelerate our customer’s adoption. The community team works with product management, engineering, customer success, and support to close the loop on product feedback and trending topics.
As a Community Content Manager for the Google Cloud Community, you will be responsible for owning and developing the community content strategy. You will serve as a key player of the Community team, driving strategy and execution of all things content, knowledge, and resources. You’ll help us build and promote a continuous stream of timely, relevant, and curated content to ensure that Google Cloud users are supported in a self-service environment.
