The Server Operations team monitors the physical and network infrastructure behind Google’s technology and holds responsibility for keeping the servers, networks, and logistics processes in Google’s global fleet of data centers running smoothly and efficiently. We strive to be diverse, creative, team-oriented technicians and managers working daily to operate systems in Google’s data centers, changing the outlook on contemporary computing.
In this role, you will drive continuous improvement strategies and execution for North and South America (NASA) data centers by working with leadership, and ensuring processes and programs are aligned to the overall team vision. You will identify emerging trends to ensure the organization is aligned to the business model and user expectations, and lead initiatives that foster an environment of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
