Your future starts here. Join one of the most innovative companies in tech and help businesses and their communities reach their full potential with Google products. Spark at Google is an 18-month Digital Marketing and Sales program where you’ll learn from minds in the industry, gain the sales, marketing, and business skills and experience you need to jumpstart a successful career, and form lifelong connections with Googlers from a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences.
The program begins with six months of foundational and practical training focusing on client relationship building, problem-solving, growth marketing, and digital transformation. Following this onboarding period are two career-building experiences lasting six months each. During these experiences, you’ll work with a portfolio of clients that share a specific business model, such as commerce. You’ll be responsible for a book of business, organize frequent pitch meetings, and become a trusted advisor to clients by using the skills you’ll develop during the program to help them achieve their business goals and grow their Google Ads investment. At the end of the program, you’ll have an opportunity to join one of many advanced sales teams within GCS (Google Customer Solutions).
Develop your skills
Intended for soon-to-be graduates, Spark at Google is designed to give you the skills, experience, and connections you need to build a career in tech while fueling Google’s innovation and helping businesses grow and thrive online.
