Whether you’re on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product’s journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you’ll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
You are passionate about customer advocacy with a background in engaging with customer champions and capturing and amplifying their stories. You have experience with digital customer marketing tools to build references at scale. You will collaborate with teams in sales, product management, product marketing, solutions managers and customer success to identify and recruit references; create a breadth of customer stories across regions, industries, solutions and products to support global sales and marketing. You will have the opportunity to build and nurture customer champions at scale. You will be responsible for increasing the community of customer advocates as we expand our solutions and products and communicate our value to customers.
