Minimum qualifications:

- Sales or Customer Facing Experience
- Demo development and Demo delivery experience
- Content Creation or Graphic Design experience

About the job
As the Demonstration and Content Program Manager, you will drive the in-person and digital customer demo experience, including providing facilitation during demos led by other organizations for customers visiting the Executive Briefing Centers (EBC).
The Content aspects of this role are aggregating the right content from within Google Cloud for customer briefings, responsible for day to day operations, and all content within the Google Cloud Space EBC. You will partner cross-functionally with the EBC Program Managers, Coordinators, Speakers Bureau, and the Google Cloud Account teams to deliver a compelling demonstration experience.
On the Demonstration side, you will also focus on the technology exhibits within Google Cloud Space, Demo Studio and locations. Your main objective is to showcase the Google Cloud solutions to visitors and observe any key details they share with you to provide insight to the wider team.

Responsibilities
- Showcase the Google Cloud story through technical and non-technical demonstrations highlighting how Google Cloud Platform will solve the business challenges presented by the customer.
- Partner with product marketing, engineering, and others to ensure demonstrations and customer facing content features the latest of both Google Cloud and Alphabet technology.
- Serve as liaison for the Demo and Content team to the Briefing Program Managers and Briefing Coordinators by training on the latest demos and exhibits.
- Facilitate custom curated demonstrations that align to the challenges of the current customer.
- Provide demo feedback to the Customer Advocacy and Insights team to continue development and custom curation of demonstrations.
