Google engineers develop the next-generation technologies that change how users connect, explore, and interact with information and one another. As a member of an extraordinarily creative, motivated and talented team, you develop new products that are used by millions of people. We need our engineers to be versatile and passionate to take on new problems as we continue to push technology forward. If you get excited about building new things and working across discipline lines, then our team might be your next career step.
As a DFT Engineer (Design for Test) on the Advanced Technology team, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and deploying advanced DFT, design-for-debug (DFD), design-for-reliability (DFR), design for performance (DFP), and design for yield (DFY) methodologies for highly complex digital and/or mixed-signal chips and/or IPs. You will enable forward looking advanced user defined fault models (UDFM), including cell aware, hold fault models, voltage stress aware fault models, small delay defect, and advanced diagnostic capabilities, including cell and layout aware diagnostics. You will drive SSN and work with architects on Functional built-in self test (BIST), cache resident test, logic BIST, and other forward looking DFT techniques such as analog fault models.
