Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of work experience in digital transformation
- Experience in management consulting or program management with a focus on digital
- Experience leading or participating in scale digital transformation programs
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience working within the healthcare industry, or for a large provider or payer organization
- Experience driving synergies across solutions, including navigating build/buy/partner decisions, to achieve desired experience objectives
- Ability to keep multiple priorities moving at the same time and communicate effectively with multiple levels including executive leadership team, peers, managers, and junior staff
- Highly organized, detail-oriented skills, and a team-oriented working style
- Excellent planning, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Excellent project management and communications skills

As a Digital Strategy Consultant, you will be a thought leader responsible for developing, advocating for, and implementing convergent product strategy that collectively delivers a seamless, integrated experience to users. As a trusted advisor you will support customers on their digital transformation journey by providing expertise in developing a multi-product platform strategy that supports users spanning the Healthcare ecosystem including providers, consumers, and broader care teams.

Responsibilities
- Define and develop multi-year customer digital strategy and roadmap playing at the intersection of healthcare business and technology
- Drive customer alignment and ownership of developed strategy across business and technology stakeholders
- Oversee design and experience functions within large multi-program initiatives
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure strategic guiding principles are being operationalized on a day to day basis
- Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader to the customer in the digital healthcare space
