The Central GCS Strategy and Operations Team leads global, cross-functional, cross-GCS strategic initiatives to drive growth and operational excellence. The core capabilities of the team include Strategic Planning, Incentives and Integrity, Strategy and Sales Intelligence, Executive Office, Revenue Strategy and Operations (RSO) Business Management, and the Customer Experience Center.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining the strategy for cross-GCS initiative that will accelerate Small and Medium Business (SMB) ads business growth. This is a strategic role that will require you to manage complex processes as well as develop solutions to ambiguous and high visibility business challenges. Additionally, you will interact with key stakeholders, senior executives and cross-functional leaders as you drive alignment, strategic change management, and overall communications.
You are a well-rounded performer who can be a key contributor in a growth environment. You should be independent and can crunch the numbers one minute, partner with senior stakeholders to think through strategic issues, and communicate effectively with a global team to drive significant change initiatives.
