As the Director, Chief of Staff, Search Ads and Ads on Google Experiences (SAGE), you will shape the strategic roadmap across Google and drive ecosystem-level change, impacting users. You will be comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity, connect dots and help others see patterns, lead with influence at the highest levels, and exercise impeccable judgment.
In this role, you will lead SAGE Operations for the Vice President/General Manager of SAGE and Ads Buying, Analytics, and Measurement (BAM), directly supporting them to drive and ensure operational excellence for Alphabet’s business growth. You will be part of both the Ads Strategy and Operations Leadership team, the SAGE leadership team.
You will play a key role in the success of SAGE through thought partnership to the SAGE Leadership team, developing and executing on strategic and operational initiatives for SAGE globally. You will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, UX, Business Strategy, Finance, Communications, People Operations, Real Estate and Workplace Services, Program Management, Product Operations, and other cross-functional team members to develop business-level operational insights and strategies, drive ad hoc operational, and organization strategic projects, drive process implementation and improvement, and facilitate running the business (e.g., orchestrate business reviews, etc.).
