Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, other related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience leading technology teams and building consumer products.
- Experience with organizational leadership and collaborating with teams and senior leads across boundaries.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Google Search and/or learning and education.
- Excellent product sense with an ability of dealing with product ambiguity.
- Passion for learning and education, and building inclusive teams and team culture.
- Ability to have a bias for action and delivering results.
- Ability to be data-driven and metrics oriented.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Product Managers, Software Engineers, Program Managers, and UX designers.
- Grow product vision/user experience, and synthesize requirements and market trends into a successful multi year product strategy.
- Create product roadmap and define product requirements.
- Partner with other teams in Learning and Education across Google.
- Maintain overall responsibility for the product excellence; evaluate landscape and identify strategic opportunities and threats.
