The Customer Advocacy and Insights team represents Google Cloud’s collective customers across various industries and global regions to ensure the broader organization is unified in resolving customer challenges. The team’s charter is to enhance relationships with Google Cloud’s most strategic customers and ensure their perspectives are solicited, heard and acted upon, using it to identify and alleviate customers’ biggest challenges in working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Workspace.
As Director, Global Customer Programs, Google Cloud, you will be responsible for accelerating business growth across Google Cloud through focus on delivering differentiated, high-impact customer Advisory Boards, Communities, and Sponsorship programs. You will define what “Enterprise Customer and Partner Engagement” means at Google Cloud, building the strategy for the overall engagement, define programming and see through to execution and scale. You will manage directly (and indirectly) multiple teams that deliver Enterprise-ready programming, deliver differentiated experiences, and drive meaningful change across Google Cloud engagement offerings across all regions for our most strategic customers and partners.
