Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of professional experience
- Experience in strategy and operations, corporate development, or similar “business operations” function for a tech-driven company.
- Experience managing cross-functional senior-level stakeholders
Preferred qualifications:
- Strong data, quantitative and analytical expertise.
- Ability to effectively operate with enthusiasm, adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
- Demonstrated organizational leadership, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, and collaborate with and influence teams across boundaries.
- A commitment to building inclusive teams and team culture.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to represent complex business or technical concepts with senior leadership.
- Proven ability to analyze, structure and break down complex business problems.
About the job
As the Director of Strategy, you will work closely with the VP of Long-Term Bets, cross-functionally and across product areas to drive strategic and special projects for the business.
You enjoy working with large amounts of data, have the capacity to understand and work with complex systems, and enjoy the challenge of solving/simplifying thorny problems.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive strategic priorities and special projects.
- Partner with key stakeholders across the Consumer portfolio to vet opportunities internally and externally, including user segments, emerging technology trends, products, M&A, and competitive analysis.
