Minimum qualifications:
- 15 years of product management or related experience.
- Experience in managing, building, and leading teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience reducing consumer and developer needs to platform capabilities.
- Ability to drive product excellence across many different product lines.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deploy a cohesive voice framework on key platforms including mobile, wearable, tablet, TV, speakers, and auto in functionally-oriented organizations.
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, creating commitment and a strong drive for success for teams and partners.

The Google Home Assistant team is accountable for the Google Assistant experience within home and on-the-go settings. We believe the role of Assistant is to seamlessly connect people with the apps and services they rely on.
Assistant is closely aligned with Android to ensure we maximize utility for users and developers in Google’s ecosystem across multiple devices.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of product vision and strategy for both near-term and long-term growth of Android tablets, displays, and multi-user and multi-device voice experiences.
- Develop and execute a disciplined product development process, ensuring key milestones are met.
- Drive product insights, roadmap prioritization, and resource allocation while ensuring continued focus on long-term innovation.
- Engage key stakeholders, working closely with cross-functional leaders and other product leaders in multiple product areas to build enthusiasm for the product vision.
- Be a great manager and leader. Set clear goals to empower team members, drive an inclusive and collaborative culture, thrive in ambiguity, and give thoughtful feedback.
