As a Director of Search UX Programs, you will establish an integrated strategy and drive a mission critical UX programs/operations team for Google’s Search product portfolio. You will partner with executive Search leaders to understand corporate strategic initiatives, lead industry-wide design innovation, and ensure UX teams are effectively bringing user needs into the forefront of Search’s future. In this role, you will serve as a business leader and you will build/drive key programs for product initiatives for the UX team. You will play an important leadership role through the next phases of our search, strategy, and growth.
