As the Director of Strategy and Operations for the Databases and Analytics organization, you will be responsible for developing strategy across a dynamic set of high performing businesses. You will be a catalyst and critical thought partner, helping scale and transform Data Management across all critical functions, including Product/Engineering, Sales/Go-To-Market, Partnerships, Marketing, Customer Experience, Customer Success and more. You will problem solve with significant breadth and depth, be responsible for identifying/driving strategic initiatives, and lead a team of highly effective strategy and operations professionals.
You will flex across both strategic and operational efforts, lead the strategy creation process, and ensure effective communication, alignment, and execution of the organization’s strategy and roadmap. You will run projects and strategic organizational efforts as well as the overall business cadence. You will partner with executive leadership, their direct reports, and cross-functional Cloud and Google partners to set and communicate strategy and decision-making along with the broader organization.
