The Strategy & Innovation team brings together strategic initiatives that will bring the Google-wide People Strategy to life, by leading global, cross-functional initiatives aligned to our strategy and driving operational excellence across the organization. Reporting to the People Operations Strategy & Innovation Lead, the Director of Strategy Implementation will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies defined in the Google-wide strategy that will establish People Operations as a leader in scalability and delivery.
You will be a catalyst and thought leader in helping transform People Operations implementation and delivery of the teams roadmap for the organization. You will build a team that is focused on driving growth by setting long term competitive positioning and go-to-market strategy for our core audiences, and ensuring execution through scalable systems and processes.
You will demonstrate ability to be a change-agent and a leader while problem-solving and working cross-functionally with stakeholders across People Operations and Google to develop solutions to ambiguous and high visibility business challenges.
In this role, you will be instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy for the team, and ensuring outstanding execution and operations.
