Minimum qualifications:
- 15 years of experience leading UX for multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience in enterprise B2B products including the functionality and implementation of these capabilities by other public cloud providers and detailed business processes.
- Experience in hiring, developing, and scaling a team of designers.
Preferred qualifications:
- Direct experience to use and work as an individual contributor (as needed while scaling the team).
- Experience leading UX with integrated Google first-party and third-party products (i.e.Salesforce.com).
- Ability to function independently and collaboratively as part of a team under deadlines in a fast-paced environment, convey a strong professional image, exhibit interest and positive attitude toward all assigned work, and strive for continuous improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities
- Define the UX vision for a cohesive and innovative experience of B2B enterprise products across domains including Marketing, Sales, Partner, Customer Experience, Finance, and Data Platform and Infrastructure.
- Partner with UX leads, product, and business partners to come up with and execute new ideas, and manage multiple project schedules to provide leadership in working with product management and engineering executives on product strategy and customer engagement.
- Manage and lead a geographically distributed team of UX professionals who are diverse in their functions, talents, and backgrounds.
- Empower leads to elevate the craft of their functions, and cross-functionally continuously evolve the structure and operations of the UX organization to meet the needs of users and partners.
- Empower members of a diverse team of UX talent; ensure that individuals have the right scope, skills, and support.
