Our mission in Product and Sales Activation (PSA) is to fuel Google Customer Solutions (GCS) growth by enabling customers to achieve the most with our products today and shaping our products for tomorrow. We are the product and business experts behind the GCS sales teams responsible for driving sustainable business growth and product adoption.
As a Global Product Lead, you will be the product owner for Discovery Campaigns in GCS. This means you will leverage your business and analytical skills to persistently explore and uncover the needs of GCS advertisers, and will rely on your influencing, relationship-building and communication skills to advocate for a product roadmap that meets these needs and a go-to-market strategy that will help our clients grow our client’s business.
To succeed in this role, you will need to become a product expert and get deep in understanding our clients needs and advertising goals. You will lead collaboration with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, Strategy Operations, among others, to identify opportunities and lead improvements in product development, product positioning, sales incentives, external marketing, and training. You will be held accountable to driving product adoption and advertiser success.
When our millions of advertisers and publishers are happy, so are we! Our Google Customer Solutions (GCS) team of entrepreneurial, enthusiastic and client-focused members are the “human face” of Google, helping entrepreneurs both individually and broadly build their online presence and grow their businesses. We are dedicated to growing the unique needs of advertising companies. Our teams of strategists, analysts, advisers and support specialists collaborate closely to spot and analyze customer needs and trends. In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses.
