The Global Server Operations (GSO) team monitors the physical and network infrastructure behind Google’s technology and holds responsibility for keeping the servers, networks, and logistics processes in data centers running smoothly and efficiently. Our team’s mission is help Google Data Centers (GDC) and GSO attract and retain talented people across different cultures and environments.
As a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Manager, you will lead a team of DEI program managers on cross-functional programs aimed at building community, increasing representation, and creating conditions for equity. You will build strategy, collaborate, communicate, and measure success. Your programs will span sites, offices, and time zones. It will be your responsibility to keep teams and stakeholders coordinated for maximizing outcomes.
