Minimum qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience in an events and program management role.
  • Experience working with executive stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to plan and execute on complex projects within a large cross-functional team.
  • Ability to problem solve challenges, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent leadership and strategic skills to bring creative, non-standard, and innovative solutions in a high-volume, ambiguous environment.

The Global Events Team is responsible for supporting, consulting, and delivering experiential events to Googlers and their customers so they may grow through learning, collaboration, and social interaction.

The Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) team creates inspiring spaces and innovative services that bring Google’s culture and values to life. We build and maintain all aspects of what keeps our Googley workspaces operating seamlessly across multiple cities and regions globally. We also manage the industry-leading services that help make Google a great place to work – from how we design healthy and collaborative workspaces, create energizing food experiences, provide convenient transportation and fitness options, to delivering inclusive environments where Google and our employees can thrive.


Responsibilities

  • Facilitate a solutions based delivery for Google’s executive events at the programmatic and individual customer levels.
  • Be responsible for fulfilling customers needs and vision, and be the main point of contact for escalations.
  • Manage programs in order to deliver on multiple simultaneous events.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with team members and a wide range of stakeholders across Google.
  • Develop and share insights on needs, trends, and opportunities to evolve service offerings.
