Minimum qualifications:
- 7 years of experience working in workspace operations, event services, or similar.
- Experience in project, program, event, change, and/or operations management.
- Experience leading global project teams and initiatives with multi-region stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience conducting surveys, driving events, and running analysis, while communicating results to leadership.
- Understanding of meeting business goals with project vision, mission, and strategy.
- Understanding of organizational culture.
- Ability to create relationships, influence, and collaborate internally/externally at all organization levels, and thrive in an ambiguous and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with outstanding attention to detail.

Within the REWS team, our Executive Operations (Exec Ops) team’s mission is to drive organizational alignment and accountability, and help move work forward for the global REWS leadership team. We serve as trusted advisors and co-lead REWS and Global Security and Resilience Services (GSRS) team.
Responsibilities
- Advise and consult on highly complex challenges and priorities for executive leadership teams, while building and leveraging trusted relationships and expertise gained within REWS’ global organization. Maintain utmost confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Establish and lead processes for effectively managing the organization. Create bandwidth for leadership and teams by effectively prioritizing projects and work, creating focus and follow-through on critical initiatives.
- Lead global projects and cross-team initiatives to drive alignment and growth. Identify and structure problems to address complex and ambiguous issues for REWS.
- Build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision making with executive-level audiences.
- Provide insight and drive strategy on team development and culture for the organization and lead execution based on recommendations effectively.
