Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 years of experience in facilities, hospitality, corporate services, property management, or equivalent office management experience
- Experience developing and managing budgets in agreement management and purchasing
- Experience in operational facilities management services
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to suggest and implement creative, non-standard, and innovative solutions to existing and future issues
- Ability to oversee an on-site project or implementation of a national initiative through to completion
- Ability to influence at all levels
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills

As the Facilities Manager, you will join the Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) organization. You will bring expertise in facilities coordination/management and take responsibility for operational management in multiple facilities. You will manage an extended workforce team, control of budgets and costs, and aspects of the operational and strategic facilities management services.

Responsibilities
- Provide a pivotal role in facility service operations throughout the sites, including office builds and expansions, move coordination, capacity and space planning, and implementation of processes and procedures.
- Influence customers, clients, and other internal organizations, driving consensus and compromise when needed. Communicate program information and updates to Googlers using various forms/tools.
- Partner with other REWS functional teams on a strategic level to plan and implement service objectives for onsite management of our diverse employee perks program.
- Direct a team of onsite vendors that help maintain day-to-day operations and amenities.
- Manage facilities operating budgets, overseeing property management services and vendor service agreements. Including, maintenance of buildings and health and safety that require the highest level of service delivery.
