Financial Analysts ensure that Google makes sound financial decisions. As a Financial Analyst, your work, whether it’s modeling business scenarios or tracking performance metrics, is used by our leaders to make strategic company decisions. Excellent at working on multiple projects at a time, you are focused on the details while finding creative ways to address big picture challenges.
You are both a manager and a mentor, providing financial leadership and analytical support to partners of the core Finance team as well as giving your own team the support they need to become financial experts. You’ll keep management informed on key financial metrics and work to improve financial operation practices throughout your region.
The Global Customer and Agency Solutions (GCAS) Finance team is responsible for providing financial and analytical support to clients and agencies. From understanding market and usage trends to exploring the productivity and return of our various investments, the GCAS Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to the commercial leaders in our company.
In this role, you will lead a team that provides finance support to GCAS organizations and partner with the cluster leaders and their leadership teams, helping steer a business with substantial business growth and strategic relevance to Google Ads business globally. You will work cross-functionally and leverage the support of central teams for analysis and insight to help guide the business in the medium- and long-term regarding market opportunities and competitive risks globally.
