Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in a finance role.
- Experience manipulating data sets (e.g. SQL, BigQuery).
- Experience with data modeling, data visualization, and building dashboards such as DataStudio or Looker.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in working with/on data warehouses, including data warehouse technical architectures, infrastructure components, ETL/ ELT and reporting/analytic tools and environments, data structures.
- Experience in big data, information retrieval, data mining or machine learning as well as experiences in building multi-tier high availability applications with modern web technologies (such as NoSQL, MongoDB, SparkML, TensorFlow).
- Experience implementing other BI tools including Tableau, Qlik, and Power BI

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver technical solutions leveraging data analytics and Google Cloud’s AI/ML services to deploy near cloud cost billing dashboard to better track cloud spend and build data models to provide better granularity and visibility into cloud financial forecasting.
- Create and deliver Cloud Financial Operations leading practices recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, sample code, and technical presentations adapting to different levels of key business and technical stakeholders.
- Be a core member of the Google Cloud Professional Services Digital Transformation, Cloud Financial Operations team, and be a trusted advisor to customers and solve complex data analytics challenges in support of better cloud financial management.
