Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, financial analysis, or equivalent.
- Experience in working with datasets with SQL, Python, and/or R.
- Experience extracting insights from data and presenting it to an audience.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience building dashboards (e.g. Tableau or similar visualization tools).
- Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and/or project management experience.
- Excellent analytical and modeling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly communicate with cross-functional stakeholders and business partners.

The Central Ads Finance team manages a broad set of responsibilities, including global business growth reporting and analysis, Ads Profit and Loss management, productivity measurement, annual plan ownership, and ad-hoc analysis for senior executives. In this role, you will provide analytical, data, and process-related support for the Global Business Organization (GBO). You will work closely with the broader GBO Finance team and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities
- Build and support ongoing process such as forecast, reporting/variance analysis, data validations, and Profit and Loss allocations. Drive and identify opportunities for technical-driven process improvements.
- Apply expertise across key tools and financial systems to troubleshoot, perform data pulls, analysis, and partner with relevant systems teams.
- Own projects with a senior audience relating to OpEx, headcount, and other financial metrics that drive business impact through deep analysis and cross-functional partnership.
- Address variety of ad-hoc analytical/process/data requests, and partner cross-functionally to consolidate/coordinate work.
