This Financial Analyst role is part of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function and provides financial and analytical insights and business planning support to Worldwide Staffing and People Services Operations teams. In this highly influential role, you will provide analysis and create dashboards for reporting and start to partner with some VP’s/Directors.
The key objective of the role is to close the books, create a robust reporting methodology for the People Operations function through dashboarding and good reporting, while being a great business partner by effectively optimizing the cost and efficiencies of these programs. This includes using metrics and analysis to help leadership understand the financial implications of their strategies, facilitate trade-offs discussions, and help identify prudent opportunities to optimize investments in key programs.
The Financial Planning & Analysis teams goal is to be stewards of the business and trusted advisors. We do this by ensuring wise resource allocation, driving intelligent scenario planning, and helping our business leaders identify opportunities to improve operations. This includes developing financial forecasts, monitoring key performance indicators, and driving the scaling and automation of financial processes.
