As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. We are the central Strategy Deployment team for Fitbit Global Operations. In this role you will be a strategic partner to the functional teams of global operations to create, align and operationalize Fitbit strategies and initiatives, including integration with Google processes. You will drive operational transformation and efficiency by identification, selection, prioritization, and the execute on strategic initiatives across the Fitbit global operations team.
As a Program Manager, you will identify and measure key performance indicators to track the health of the global operation and provide mentorship to the Global Operations team on strategic, functionally managed projects.
