The Global Business Planning team develops global real estate demands and forecasts using both qualitative and quantitative approaches to generate scenarios and optionality plans that deliver clear solutions to complex real estate needs of Google.
As the Global Demand Planning Data Analyst, you will be the Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) lead helping create and develop tools and processes that will help Google make thoughtful and informed real estate decisions.
In this role, you’ll contribute excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and an execution focus. You will work with a variety of stakeholders across the company (e.g., People Operations, Finance, Business) and REWS to drive projects in this area. Additionally, you will comfortably work across boundaries and in ambiguity while leading and influencing without direct authority. Finally, you’ll be able to see beyond the numbers and use analytical, influencing, and communication skills to achieve broad business and strategic goals.
