Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4 years of experience in business analysis, program management, strategy, or operations
- Experience leading operational and strategic initiatives
- Experience codifying data sets and synthesizing findings into reports
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing vendors and vendor operations
- Experience conducting quantitative and/or qualitative research
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders
- Ability to work non-standard hours to accommodate multiple time zones (e.g. India and Indonesia/Malaysia)
- Ability to travel internationally 15% of the time

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the strategy and operations for our Small- and Medium-sized Business (SMB) customer insight program known as the Trusted Tester Program (TTP). The TTP is a global program covering strategic markets in multiple regions, and has become an integral part of the product development process for Tail products. The core mission of the program is to provide qualitative data on SMB needs through the development and execution of customer studies. The TTP works in close collaboration with Product and Sales Activation (PSA) team members and multiple cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Marketing, UX, gTech) to provide the most relevant insights.

Responsibilities
- Own the overall vision, strategy, and operations for the Trusted Tester Program
- Manage program operations including vendor/partner relationships (e.g. contractual compliance and contracting processes) and OpEx budgets (e.g., raising/managing all requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices)
- Partner with Global Product Leads and Product stakeholders to build, maintain, and deliver on healthy pipeline of TTP studies
- Manage vendor operations to run studies annually for multiple Product teams in multiple markets and to ensure Vendor teams adhere to Google standards
- Present insights from TTP studies to cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Engineering, and Sales teams
