Minimum qualifications:
- 6 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and corporate strategy
- Experience managing partners, influencing leaders, and presenting to executives
- Experience in leading cross-functional projects and/or initiatives
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Android and Chrome Partnerships
- Excellent communication skills, with proven experience working effectively across all levels (e.g., senior executives, managers, peers)
- Ability to become immersed in a variety of industries and partner dynamics to provide strategic input and leadership to help drive cross-product area agreements
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a large, matrixed organization
- Excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to inspire trust and influence outcomes
- Proactive, results-driven, and highly collaborative with outstanding organization and project management skills

The Partnerships Solutions and Go-to-Market (PSGTM) team in Global Partnerships provides Strategy and Operations, Go-to-Market, and Industry solutions support to Global partnerships. We focus on the transformation required to build partnerships team, and serve the Global Partnerships team to function at its best. Our team provides strategic insights and thought leadership on key topics, advises business leaders on vertical strategy and organizational design, helps business operations and efficiency, builds executive narratives, and supports product commercialization.
As a member of PSGTM, you will have the opportunity to contribute a shaping point of view on business strategy across products and industries, enable operational support for our partnerships teams around the world, and help architect and drive key programs that deliver outsized value for Google and its partners.

Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated support to Tech and original equipment manufacturers (OEM) global priority partners, partners of significant strategic and financial importance to Google
- Incubate transformative and innovative ideas and rally cross-functional teams towards opportunities
- Accelerate agreements and drive strategic initiatives (e.g., industry strategy alignment, cross-functional joint business plans, key industry initiatives and programs)
- Enable front line teams via cross-functional industry narratives, best practice sharing communities and newsletters
- Engage with industry stakeholders and solve industry challenges
