gTech’s Product and Tools Operations team (gPTO) leverages deep user, operational, and technical insights to innovate Google’s Ads products into customer experiences that are so intuitive (or automated) that they require no support at all. gPTO partners closely with gTech’s Support, Professional Services, Product Management, and Engineering teams to innovate and simplify our Ads products and build the productivity tools ecosystem for gTech users.
The gTech Knowledge, Infrastructure, and Tools (gKIT) is responsible for the customer and frontline team experiences for gTech’s Ads Ecosystem in our service offerings through our help properties and 1:1 service offerings. We deliver content and service platform strategies in close relationship with our Services, Product Management, UX, and Engineering partners. We are advocators of our customers, promoting the big-picture vision that is backed by data-driven insights. Our work enables Google to deliver a delightful services experience to our millions of Ads customers.
As a Program Manager on our team, you will work cross-functionally with a wide network of partners, spanning multiple organizations as well as within gTech. You’ll focus on promoting complex tooling initiatives for our Professional Services organization.
You will partner with technical delivery teams to ensure strategic alignment across multiple stakeholders, prioritization of seamless experiences for our customers, and successful execution of high-priority initiatives. You will have the opportunity to drive complex initiatives from conception to implementation and will be sought out as a trusted advisor by our partner teams.
