Our Global Alliances, Strategy and Operations team leads development of Google’s most complex partnerships. In this Product Partnerships role, you will help craft Google’s overall affiliate strategy and work with internal product teams, aligning our partnerships with business objectives. This includes analyzing partnership relationships, conducting competitive assessments and coordinating with multiple product teams including Chrome, Social, Knowledge, Android and YouTube.
Device and Services Business Organization was formed with the purpose of bringing Google’s software and hardware to our users by bringing to market and distributing a Google-branded hardware portfolio. The team is responsible for managing all partnerships with carriers, retailers, energy providers and resellers worldwide.
As a Go-To-Market Manager, you will be responsible for Pixel Partner strategy and business planning for the Americas region, specifically focusing on Telco partner(s) throughout product’s lifecycle. In this role, you will work with a variety of stakeholders across Google, from Sales, Supply chain, Finance, Legal to Marketing, to launch hardware products and manage the after-launch analytics.
The Google Pixel team focuses on designing and delivering the world’s most helpful mobile experience. The team works on shaping the future of Pixel devices and services through some of the most advanced designs, techniques, products, and experiences in consumer electronics. This includes bringing together the best of Google’s artificial intelligence, software, and hardware to build global smartphones and create transformative experiences for users across the world.
Responsibilities
- Assess top down market sizing and opportunities, consumer trends and product strengths/weaknesses to inform strategic priorities and opportunities.
- Shape partner strategic plans (e.g., annual business planning, deep dive analyses on strategic opportunities, and rapid growth plans).
- Shape functional go-to-market plans (e.g., goal setting, cross-functional business planning, trade-offs, and prioritization of opportunities and scenario analysis).
- Lead sales readouts to senior leadership, extracting trends and insights, and identifying opportunities to grow the business.
- Work with senior management and business stakeholders to align on launch plans.
