Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day processing for our most complex grants and develop consistent grant-making policies in partnership with our Legal colleagues.
- Enhance processes through root-cause analysis and execution of recommendations that create efficiencies and remove obstacles, identify tooling requirements, and develop best practices to support organizational scale.
- Be responsible for some of Google.org’s key cross-functional partnerships and work closely with the Legal, Finance, and Accounting teams on grant operations, and manage our relationship with our external grant-making partner to set operational strategies with their executive leadership.
- Be one of Google.org’s data experts, responsible for tracking and reporting on Google’s company-wide giving and leading the compilation of detailed reports for external publications, responding to executive and/or press requests, and running one-off analyses for teams around Google.
