Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Industrial Design, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of relevant work experience.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Industrial Design.
- Experience with all phases of architecture and construction, including programming, conceptual design, construction documents, detailing, permitting, and construction administration.
- Experience with a wide range of large-scale, commercial projects.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across many teams and at all organizational levels.
- Working knowledge of building and planning codes, with the ability to foresee obstacles to execution.
- Excellent planning skills, including careful attention to detail, information organization, and timeline tracking.

The Research and Development (R+D) for the Built Environment is a dynamic team within Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) Workplace Innovation and Governance (WIG) that is focused on creating scalable innovations for the future of Google’s workplace. We design and build experiments, prototypes, and mock-ups of solutions for Google’s real estate innovation needs for today and tomorrow.

Responsibilities
- Lead all Blueprint Initiatives online playbooks, guidance, specs, 3D models, and necessary information for successfully incorporating into projects.
- Collaborate with a variety of cross-functional teams, key stakeholders, project teams, architects, designers, engineers, and builders to gain support, adoption, and value creation for Google and key stakeholders.
- Check in regularly with lab leadership through facilitates meetings and workshops.
- Identify good design and consultant partners to build out the right team to successfully complete initiatives.
- Identify and develop tools, analytical frameworks, and reports that expedite and streamline adoption and deployment of Blueprint initiatives.
