The Server Operations team monitors the physical and network infrastructure behind Google’s technology and is responsible for keeping the servers, networks, and logistics processes in Google’s global fleet of data centers running smoothly and efficiently. We strive to be diverse, creative, team-oriented technicians, and managers working daily to operate systems in Google’s data centers, changing the outlook of contemporary computing.
As the Head of Continuous Improvement, you will lead and shape the continual improvement strategies and execution for North and South America Data Centers by ensuring processes, and programs are aligned. You will provide coaching and development at the enterprise level and leverage industry knowledge to ensure the organization delivers leading-edge results. You will oversee a high performance organization that places the customer at the center of all supply chain decisions by providing clarity, strategic thought leadership, and setting high expectations when delivering results. You will identify emerging trends to ensure the organization has the right customer experience to address improvements needed aligned to the business model and user expectations; inspiring and creating an environment that grows continuous improvement throughout the organization.
