Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in technology sales, sales operations, management consulting, executive engagement, or a similar industry and function.
- 5 years of experience in internal stakeholder or customer-facing roles.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in people management.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, products, market dynamics, operational/go-to-market strategies, and sales methods.
- Ability to influence stakeholders in a boardroom environment and manage without authority.

The Google Cloud Sales Strategy and Operations team plays an important role in Google Cloud, acting as trusted advisors to the Sales Organization, partnering with Sales, Customer Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Partners, and the Professional Sales Organization to together plan, strategize, and run the business in a transformational way.
As the Head of Executive Operations and North Americas (AMER) Customer Office, you will play a critical role working across the regional and vertical teams, providing strategic and tactical support to customer engagements and leading strategic sales programs that will have impact across all North America promoters. You will own the Rhythm of the business, and own the creation and execution recognition programs for the team.
In this high-visibility and high-impact role, you will manage the day-to-day coordination of executive customer engagements for Senior VPs, VPs, and lead a variety of strategic sales programs that are aligned with the Head of Strategy, Planning, and Chief of Staff in North America. This role will foster collaboration and best practices sharing within the region and globally.

Responsibilities
- Define, lead, and execute the executive engagement vision for the North America cloud market to help grow and scale the business for the North AMER. Make sure the right executives meet the right customers at the right time.
- Define, iteratively improve, and execute processes for executive engagement requests, briefings, and trip plannings while working with cross-functional teams.
- Travel occasionally for some field engagements to ensure time is spent effectively and customer matters are swiftly addressed.
- Work across all levels of Googlers to drive alignment and execution on business goals.
- Define, lead, and execute strategic sales programs focused on the North America cloud market to help grow and scale the business.
