As the Head of Global Gaming, Customer Specialists for AppDev, you will lead a team of new and established specialists and be responsible for the team’s strategy to scale the Gaming business of AppDev globally. Your team will partner with growth managers and customers to deliver on our advertisers’ marketing and business objectives and grow the business.
You’ll partner with medium and large developers to share best practices and uplevel their business in areas such as user acquisition, retention, and engagement. This will include leveraging resources created by domain experts within the AppDev Specialist team, and the creation of custom materials tailored to partners within your markets. You’ll set the strategic objectives for the business, design depth and breadth solutions, and take an analytical approach to management. You’ll also cultivate relationships with key strategic clients, develop best practices with your direct reports, define and prioritize growth opportunities, and collaborate with regional cross-functional stakeholders.
