Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in advertising, marketing, digital media, and/or sales.
  • Experience in Leadership and people management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in marketing or advertising within the Pharma, Healthcare or Over the Counter (OTC) industry.
  • Experience in leading, developing, and mentoring teams to deliver results.
  • Experience in influencing executive level clients and stakeholders in a sales management capacity.
  • Knowledge of full-funnel marketing strategies and media, including online-to-offline, TV, and digital video.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams to create and further develop existing relationships and business.
  • Ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the core sales team focused on Pharmaceutical and Over the Counter healthcare advertisers and engage with cross-functional talent to deliver insights, ideas, and customer service that drives business growth for our clients and for Google.
  • Develop and foster C-Level relationships across the book.
  • Analyze data trends and client performance, develop solid strategic plans, and lead preparation and delivery of strategic presentations and narratives.
  • Partner with leaders of other teams to develop thought leadership that equips teams across Large Customer Sales to deliver excellent business growth.
  • Attract, develop, and retain talent in all roles across the team.
