The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. The Product and Sales Activation (PSA) team is responsible for performance and brand solutions for small and medium-sized business (SMB) advertisers around the world from large mid-market companies to small shops served by the Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Business. We are the product and business experts behind the GCS Googlers that are responsible for driving sustainable business growth and product adoption. We identify opportunities through analysis, build consensus with stakeholders, and program manage cross-functional teams to drive GCS advertiser success and business growth.
The PSA Product Operations team focuses on driving operational excellence through centralized scalable deployment of GCS product activation efforts to help our customers and partners succeed.
In this role, you will lead/manage a team that builds and maintains the core infrastructure that supports our sales and partner teams’ operations and enables those teams to execute towards our product objectives. You will also serve as the primary point of contact in PSA for our organization-wide infrastructure needs. In this role, you will analyze the reporting and infrastructure needs of our promoters and partner teams, strategize on how to address those needs, and roll out impactful solutions, while working closely with cross-functional leaders and clearly communicating goals/results to executive leadership.
