Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 9 years of work experience.
- 6 years of work experience in Consulting, HR or Business Operations.
- 6 years of project or program management experience.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing large complex projects.
- Demonstrated communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations.
- Demonstrated consultative skills, with the ability assess problems from multiple angles.
- Excellent decision-making skills on sensitive, complex, and cross-functional issues.

As a Google Cloud HR Program Manager, you’ll work within a complex broad scope. In this role you’ll help Google Cloud HR and the People Partner team move faster, make better decisions, and provide better services, products, and experiences for our clients.
