Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in consumer strategy or research role at a consumer products company (in a brand marketing or insight role), marketing consulting, advertising agency, or similar.
- Experience surfacing consumer insights using various research methods, including quantitative and qualitative data sources (e.g. behavioral data, surveys, interviews).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders from inception to delivery.
- Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to write high-impact narratives that are supported by data findings.
- Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple projects and stakeholders at the same time.
- Interest in consumer behavior and interest in consumer-driven thinking like behavioral economics, psychology, and other social sciences.
- Passion for identifying and investigating trends using various sources (e.g. YouTube, news, social networks).

As a Human Truths Strategist, you will help uncover data-centric insights at the intersection of data, qualitative research, and culture, and develop narratives that showcase these insights in an impactful way. You will be part of a research team on the quest to reveal thought provoking insights that stretch the bounds of current client and brand strategies. Your deliverables will showcase an in-depth understanding of global human behavior and provide solid and actionable recommendations that help brands unlock key opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with internal teams to understand the consumer questions that are most critical for their clients, and develop research project briefs that address these questions.
- Manage research processes including third party qualitative and culture research activities. Analyze the findings with empathy.
- Partner with Human Truths Analysts to develop insights based on data, qualitative research, and market specific context, addressing the consumer and business questions posed in our briefs.
- Lead the development of narratives and materials that showcase the uncovered insights, articulate recommendations, and identify activation opportunities.
- Adapt our insights for global brands and deliver presentations that inspire new ways of thinking about the consumer.
