Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design
- 4 years of relevant experience
- Experience with graphic design, video production, and animation
- Knowledge of User Experience (UX) design, best practices, and processes

As an Instructional Designer, you will apply creativity, problem solving, and inclusive design principles to come up with innovative digital and blended learning solutions to meet user and business needs, ensuring they are accessible for a global audience. You will help build on-demand courses and other digital content.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale design projects to develop training and enablement content for multiple job roles, use cases, products, and audiences. Own content management and localization of all assets.
- Work with vendors to create videos, animations, e-learning courses, and other digital assets for web and mobile platforms while focusing on the user experience to create engaging and interactive digital content.
- Creates diagnostic, formative, and summative assessments to measure learning outcomes.
- Work with the Learning Management System team to quality assure and launch content for users across multiple time zones and languages.
- Gather, analyze, and address metrics and feedback from users to ensure high quality and efficient learning solutions and iterate on content design while evaluating the learning effectiveness and communicate KPIs to key stakeholders. Articulate how instructional design strategy impacts user engagement, performance, and satisfaction.
