Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in people management.
- Experience in leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs, strategies, and initiatives.
- Experience designing, scaling, or optimizing people programs.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working effectively across lines of difference.
- Focused and goal-oriented; with the ability to execute and meet aspirational timelines through others.
- Ability to perform data analysis and leverage querying tools (SQL, spreadsheet formulas).

As a Leadership Program Manager, you will lead complex, multidisciplinary projects. You will define requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This will include managing project schedules, identifying risks, and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres, and it’s your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project’s progress and deadlines.
In this role, you will work with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Central Council, other Program Managers, People Partners, Staffing Partners, and Diversity Business Partners to support the DEI efforts of the organization.

Responsibilities
- Inform design of the DEI strategy with the Central DEI Council.
- Manage and execute on central DEI initiatives, leveraging virtual Project Management Organization of program managers across the organization.
- Help the organization develop measurements to assess the success of their work. Design collection of data, reports, conducting analysis and producing reports on impact of the DEI work.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to scale work of Cloud DEI across the organization.
- Ensure consistent strategic narrative across all components of the business through organizational wide and executive communications, centralized sites pages, newsletters, etc.
