You are both a manager and a mentor, providing financial leadership and analytical support to partners of the core Finance team as well as giving your own team the support they need to become financial experts. Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Ads Finance is the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) partner for GCS, the part of the Global Business Organization (GBO) that services small and midsize business (SMB) advertisers around the globe.
Our work is integral to the strategic decision-making and financial value creation of the business. We identify business growth drivers, forecast future performance, provide recommendations on resource allocation, and partner with GCS Leadership, Sales, and Strategy Operations teams to move the business forward.
In this role, you will be aligned with the Global Vice President of Acquisitions and partner with Acquisitions Leadership across Sales, Strategy Operations, and Marketing teams. You will manage a team of analysts, and develop strategies to acquire and onboard SMB advertisers to Google Ads through Sales, Marketing, and Partnership teams.
