Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in government contracting/procurement experience managing IT acquisitions, with 5 years of leadership experience of management teams.
- Experience in government/industry procurement operations/program management, and building relationships with executive acquisition officials in Government.
- Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation, state, local, and statutory regulations.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or JD.
- National Contract Management Association certification.
- Experience with contract lifecycle and long-cycle capture motion specific to public sector engagements, and in procurement transformation, design, and continuous improvement of procurement processes.
- Understanding of procurement and contracting processes and tools.
- Ability to drive change management across large-scale organizations and programs, and operate in a strategic and detail-oriented way.
- Excellent influencing skills to work in collaboration with cross-functional executive leaders within the organization.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $288,000-$441,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
- Partner with public sector customers/partners to deliver government contracting expertise pre-award and post award.
- Develop and implement streamlined, scalable post award administration processes and tools in collaboration with Legal, Delivery, and Business.
- Develop processes with Finance, Legal, and Sales to monitor and ensure policy and compliance violations do not occur, including how to implement and move approval processes forward.
- Build, cultivate, and deploy contract operations across the company that drive strategic value while growing the business while building and managing a team of contract managers serving as strategic business partners.
- Develop, own, and implement contract policies and operations function focused on contract processing, cataloging, and execution.
