Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of relevant experience.
- Experience working cross-functionally, both internally and externally.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in e-commerce or similar industry experience.
- Experience with working with various types of merchants (e.g., Big Box to Marketplace).
- Ability to clearly communicate visually and verbally to a variety of audiences (e.g., internal, external, technical, executive, and operational).
- Ability to excel in ambiguous environment.
- Track record of exceeding goals.

As a Merchant Success Manager, you’ll provide insights both qualitative and quantitative to drive growth for our Merchants. Utilizing your deep understanding of the various merchant types, you’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, Google Technical Services and Engineering teams to help bring your insights to life.

Responsibilities
- Own the performance of your Merchant segment.
- Work closely with Product, Business Development, Analytics, and Engineering to design and drive strategic launches to help Merchants grow.
- Utilize feedback and data from Merchants to help influence roadmaps.
- Identify actions Merchants can take to help grow their business in scale.
- Determine critical metrics needed to help drive decisions.
