Minimum qualifications:
- Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in program management
- Experience developing and bringing to market Enterprise focused tech product and/or service offerings, in the Training/Learning space
- Experience aligning across commercial business models and technical solutions
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience bringing a product/offer to market via a range of channel models (e.g. websales, partner resale and sales reps motions), and understanding differences of what makes each successful
- Strong analytical mindset. Understand how to determine, track, and report on product success and go-to-market related Key Performance Indicators and comfortable using data to inform decisions
- Strong influencing skills and experience partnering with Engineering, Operations, Partner, Sales Enablement and other teams needed to bring an offer to market
- Superb project management skills and the ability to drive outcomes across multiple teams, working towards tight deadlines

You will be responsible for driving learning offerings from ideation stage to market launch, and then ensuring the ongoing success of the platform by driving enhancements based on market feedback, industry trends, and innovations enabled by platform enhancements. You’ll orchestrate cross-functional activities and working with stakeholders to gain feedback on requirements that strengthen our learning platform offerings and bring value to our end customers. In particular, you will work closely with our team of Learning Platform Engineers, as well as the broader Cloud Learning Services team to determine what innovations we can bring to our customers and their employees.

Responsibilities
- Leverage market, subject matter expertise, competitive and customer insights to establish value proposition, pricing, messaging and positioning of offerings.
- Influence and partner with internal teams, including Learning Technologies, Operations, Content, Training Delivery and Strategy teams to ensure success and develop a clear communication cadence with the key stakeholders.
- Ensure the Learning Service is ready for sale; including, but not limited to pricing, discounting guidelines, order ability, sales collateral (and related enablement), channel strategy as well as related delivery and support models.
- Manage post-launch success and provide metrics and monthly dashboards to measure success of this service to leadership. Success will be determined via metrics related to learner engagement, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
- Identify and land ongoing innovations and related value-added services that are tailored to the needs of different customer segments.
