Minimum qualifications:
- 3 years of experience leading full lifecycle pre-build, build, inspection, accreditation, and management of DoD and IC classified contractor spaces.
- 3 years of experience coordinating buildout of contractor spaces in accordance with IC directives, including ICD 705 and various ISO initiatives.
- US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information security clearance with polygraph.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with DoD and intel requirements for classified spaces.
- Experience setting up data center environments within secure spaces.
- Experience with co-use and joint use agreements.
- Experience with COMSEC, Crypto, and classified AIS.
- Experience with classified information systems and networks.
- Experience with open storage requirements and CONUS (Continental US) courier procedures.
About the job
As the Operations Manager for Cleared Facilities, you will oversee and administer security requirements pertaining to builds and daily operations of our government classified spaces. You will be involved with every part of our secure spaces
throughout the United States, from pre-build to daily operation. You will create and implement procedures for unescorted access, daily access, visitor access, and escorting procedures, and interface with vendor, partner, and contractor security teams for management of secure spaces hosted in partner facilities. You will procure and recommend supplemental security services, such as badging systems, cleared guard services, and security-in-depth, obtain and manage GFE as needed, and obtain approved secure connectivity between GPS data centers, GPS Operations Centers, GPS offices, and US Government classified networks.
In this role, you will be in regular communication with our customers, lead program delivery managers, the larger industrial security team, and organizational leadership, and will compile and provide metrics regarding the status and progress of builds, maintenance, daily operations, and document security violations. You will also assist the Corporate FSO and CSO in the development of long-range plans for security systems, resolving integration issues related to the implementation of new systems, processes, and procedures.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $134,000-$208,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities
- Manage, coordinate, and execute security requirements pertaining to building, accrediting, and operating cleared facilities, to include NISPOM rooms, SCIFs, and other secure areas throughout the United States.
- Procure, coordinate, manage, and direct contractor actions associated with secure space builds while adhering to budgets and timelines.
- Ensure that proper industrial security procedures are followed in accordance with 32 CFR Part 117, ICDs, ISOIs, and company requirements.
- Coordinate closely with government customers to gain approval, submit required paperwork, schedule inspections, obtain interpretations/acceptable deviations from regulations, and gain customer accreditation of cleared spaces.
- Manage daily physical operations of accredited spaces, to include coordinating guard service, overseeing badging and camera systems, and other physical aspects which may impact the ability of the facility to operate optimally and in compliance with government requirements.
